REGISTRATION FEES

If you are coming to Torino and attending the conference in person:

Early-bird fee (deadline 24 September 2023):

Early-career researchers (PhD students, post-doctoral researchers [assegnisti di ricerca, borsisti, afferenti temporanei]: 150€

Professors, Assistant Professors, Lecturers (RtD-A; RtD-B; RTT; Prof. Associat*; Prof. Ordinar*): 200€

Regular fee (deadline 8 October 2023):

Early-career researchers (PhD students, post-doctoral researchers [assegnisti di ricerca, borsisti, afferenti temporanei]): 200€

Professors, Assistant Professors, Lecturers (RtD-A; RtD-B; RTT; Prof. Associat*; Prof. Ordinar*): 250€

If you are attending online:

Regular fee (deadline 8 October 2023):

Early-career researchers (PhD students, post-doctoral researchers [assegnisti di ricerca, borsisti, afferenti temporanei]: 70€

Professors, Assistant Professors, Lecturers (RtD-A; RtD-B; RTT; Prof. Associat*; Prof. Ordinar*): 100€

Registration for non-presenters: 20€

SOCIAL DINNER

The social dinner will take place in the restaurant ARCADIA on the evening of 15th December at 8 PM. If you wish to take part in this social event please indicate this on the registration form in the available space (do not fill in this part of the form if you do not intend to participate).

The cost of the social dinner is 60 euro and must be paid on site on the day.

Unfortunately, the restaurant can only host 130 guests, therefore space is limited and reservations will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis.

APERITIVO Saturday @ lunch

At the end of the conference, on Saturday 16th December, a complementary APERITIVO will be served at the Campus Cafe.

If you wish to take part in this social event please indicate this on the registration form in the available space.
